David Ariss, President David Ariss has been active in the direct marketing industry for over 25 years. He began his career in the magazine publishing industry learning direct mail through gaining new subscribers. Ariss was a founding partner of Ariss Kahan Database Marketing Group in 1998. He formed Ariss Marketing in 2006 to broaden the services offered to his clients. Ariss was awarded the prestigious Grand Eagle Award for Direct Marketer of the Year by the Rocky Mountain Direct Marketing Association in 2002, as well as their Supplier of the Year award in 2001.. He has been a member of RMDMA since 1992, was it’s president in the 1995-1996 season, and currently serves on the Programming Committee. He is active in civic organizations, belonging to the Colorado Association of Commerce and Industry and having been a member of the Metro Denver Chamber of Commerce, the National Society of Fund Raising Executives and a board member of Unlimited Possibilities. He coached his son’s lacrosse team for five years and has served on the Vestry, Finance Committee and currently serves on the Stewardship Committee at his church. In May 2007, Ariss guest-lectured the marketing class at Johnson & Wales University, and he is a member of the Arapahoe County Republican Men’s Club.
